Barbara Ann (Strong) Landers

Barbara Ann (Strong) Landers of Cooper, Texas passed away peacefully with family surroundings her Friday February 6, 2026.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday February 9, 2026, at Delta Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Johnny Witherspoon will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Interment to follow services.

Barbara was born in Cooper, Texas November 18,1935, to Floyd and Ivy Marie (Killebrew) Strong. They preceded her in death as well as her husband Eugene Carroll Landers, sister Billie Marie Harris and husband Tink, brother-in-law Glenn Landers and wife Deana.

Barbara married Eugene Carroll Landers December 5, 1958, in Durant Oklahoma, raised her boys and worked as a Bank teller.

Survivors include her sons: Jim Landers and wife Kay of Cooper, Texas, Jeff Landers and wife Neali of Cooper, Texas, four grandchildren Scott Landers, Emily Barton and husband Zach, Addie Elliott and husband Justin, Jamie Puckett and Devin, six great - grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and sister Wilma Davis.
